  • All prices on our website are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept secure online payments via Payu, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and COD (Cash on Delivery) where available.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

  • In case of pricing or availability errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order with prior notice.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer pan-India delivery through trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on product type — custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer.

  • Deconique is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
