Refund policy

At Deconique, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and passion. We take pride in delivering furniture and décor that reflect timeless design and superior quality.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our return and refund terms to ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

  • All bespoke, made-to-order, or customized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are crafted specifically to your requirements.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in their original packaging.

    • Reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof of damage/defect.


2. Return Process

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at info@deconiqueindia.com or via WhatsApp/DM 9220828882 within 48 hours of delivery. You can also initiate your request by filling out our Return Form.
  2. Share your order number, issue description, and clear images/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or replacement where applicable.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit. The credit will be added to your Deconique account and can be used on your future purchases.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.

  • If the same product is not available, you may choose an alternative of equal value or opt for a refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made / bespoke furniture

  • Personalized products

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale


6. Cancellations

  • Orders for ready products can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
