1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver pan-India, including major cities and select pin codes across the country.
If your location is not serviceable, our support team will get in touch to arrange an alternative delivery option.
2. Order Processing Time

Ready products: Dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

Made-to-order / bespoke items: Production and dispatch may take 3–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and customization.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Larger furniture pieces may take additional time due to handling and logistics coordination.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on most orders across India.

For select heavy, fragile, or oversized products, nominal delivery or handling charges may apply — you’ll see this clearly during checkout.
5. Packaging & Handling
Every Deconique product is carefully packed using protective, multi-layer packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Each order undergoes a thorough quality and safety check before dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp update with a tracking link.
You can also contact our support team anytime for real-time updates.
7. Damages or Delays
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos at info@deconique.com or through our WhatsApp.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
While we ensure timely dispatch, Deconique is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Undeliverable Orders
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
